We offer exciting and challenging development prospects for our Sales Office in Wolfsburg and are looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager. You will be responsible for managing assigned commercial accounts (i.e., VW), building and maintaining long-term customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and communicating with the customer and internal functions to increase market share and maintain current business.
Your tasks:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and support strategies to increase revenue
Serve as the primary contact between customers and internal teams
Lead and manage RFQs end-to-end and lead quoting process for OEMs
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, document best practices and support customer‑driven initiatives across divisions
Negotiate with customers, coordinate with Business Development and secure new business opportunities
Lead complex sales projects, resolve account issues and ensure timely contract closures and update the Sales Director
Support commercial launches and gather market insights
Prepare and present OEM business reviews
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Manage claims and negotiations under tight deadlines
Act with integrity and ensure compliance with company policies

Your profile:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and exerience in business administration, engineering, or a relevant technical field
Several years of related sales experience, ideally in the area of auomotive manufacturing and metal‑forming processes
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in German Language and Business English
Experienced with modern IT tools (MS Office, PowerBI, AI solutions)
Demonstrates strong time and self-management skills and proactively and reliably prioritizes assigned tasks
Familiar with key quality standards (e.g. IATF 16949, ISO 9000ff, 8D, TQM, Kaizen)
Willingness to travel approximately 30%, Travel expectations are subject to vary based on customer and business needs
