DEINE HAUPTAUFGABEN
- Elektrische Charakterisierung von Halbleiterwafern und Endprodukten (Kleinsignal und mittlere Leistung)
- Messungen von ESD- und Schaltzeiten in unserem Labor
- Automatisierung von Laboreinrichtungen
- Auswertung von Versuchen, Datenanalyse und Präsentation der Ergebnisse
- Untersuchungen von Wettbewerbsprodukten.
- SPICE-Parameterextraktion
- Erstellung und Pflege von Datenbanken
DEIN PROFIL
- Student/in der Elektrotechnik oder Physik
- Kenntnisse in elektrischer Meßtechnik und Halbleitertechnologie
- Gutes technisches Allgemeinverständnis
- MS Office Kenntnisse
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Fließendes Englisch hilfreich
UMFANG UND BEFRISTUNG DER TÄTIGKEIT
- Befristeter Vertrag
- Wöchentliche Arbeitszeit: max. 18 Stunden/Woche
- 18,40€ pro Stunde
- Standort: Hamburg
