Die Verpackung ist das Gesicht unserer Marke und einer der wichtigsten Touchpoints zum Endkonsumenten. Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Packaging Development unterstützt du unser Packaging Excellence Team dabei, innovative, nachhaltige und wettbewerbsfähige Verpackungslösungen zu entwickeln.

Dabei übernimmst du unter anderem folgende Aufgaben:

• Unterstützung des Verpackungsentwicklungs‑Teams bei der Weiterentwicklung bestehender und neuer Verpackungskonzepte
• Mitarbeit im Stammdatenmanagement: Erstellung, Pflege und Aktualisierung von Verpackungsstammdaten und Spezifikationen in SAP
• Definition und Pflege von Stücklisten für unsere Produktionsprozesse
• Unterstützung beim KPI‑Tracking unserer Entwicklungs‑ und Nachhaltigkeitsziele
• Erhebung, Pflege und Analyse von Nachhaltigkeitskennzahlen gemeinsam mit internen Schnittstellen und externen Lieferanten
• Verantwortung für die Pflege und Qualität unserer verpackungsbezogenen Datenbanken
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen sowie internationalen Partnern
• Einbringen eigener Ideen zur Optimierung von Prozessen sowie zur Entwicklung nachhaltiger und innovativer Verpackungslösungen

Du erhältst dabei einen spannenden Einblick in die Arbeit des Packaging Excellence Teams innerhalb der Management Unit Consumer und lernst unsere unterschiedlichen Packmittel, Technologien und Verpackungskonzepte kennen.

• Du bist ordentlich immatrikuliert in einem Studiengang mit Bezug zu Wirtschaft, Technik, IT oder Naturwissenschaften
• Du arbeitest eigenständig, strukturiert und sorgfältig und übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Aufgaben
• Du zeichnest dich durch Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und eine hands‑on‑Mentalität aus
• Du bist offen für Neues und arbeitest gerne im Team sowie in einem internationalen Umfeld
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
• Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen durch Praktika oder studentische Tätigkeiten sammeln
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel); erste Erfahrungen mit SAP sind von Vorteil
