- You are at the helm of strategic product and sales management of our credit products, with a clear focus on optimising volume and margins.
- In practice, you use thorough and practical data analysis to drive product development and sales management, while combining strong analytical rigour with commercially effective and customer-oriented solutions.
- Using data analysis and business cases, you transform ideas into actionable proposals, set strategic direction and distil complex topics into compelling presentations which enable our senior stakeholders to make reasoned, data-backed decisions.
- By analysing performance drivers and sales and funnel dynamics, you derive concrete product, pricing and sales actions. You plan, steer, and continuously monitor business, volume, and earnings targets, shaping sales and communication initiatives to maximise commercial impact and profitability.
- You systematically track market developments and competitive dynamics, optimising and streamlining sales processes based on quantitative evidence.
- Putting your results into practice, you lead cross‑domain strategic projects in product and sales development while working closely with senior stakeholders and executive management.
- Collaboration is at the core of your role: you work independently across internal and external interfaces (e.g. Finance, Customer Interaction, Service, Risk), and provide clear guidance and ensure structured, scalable execution.
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, or a comparable quantitative qualification
- Solid, hands-on experience in consumer lending, with a strong background in product and sales management
- Deep understanding of banking products and financial services
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, as well as practical experience with analytical tools and programming environments (SAS, Python, R, and/or dashboard and performance management solutions)
- Data-driven and analytical mindset, with a focus on challenging assumptions, and basing decisions on quantitative evidence
- Structured, conceptual thinker with a high level of numerical accuracy, strong end-to-end ownership, and a clear focus on commercial results
- Proven ability to combine data-driven analysis with effective sales and stakeholder communication
- Passion for innovation and a strong interest in developing sustainable, scalable, and commercially sound solutions
- Open to cultural diversity in an international environment
- Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken
