We are looking for a HR Systems Specialist to join our global HR team. This role will be based in Warsaw, Poland or Eppelheim, Germany.
SCOPE
In this role you will be part of the global HR Systems team responsible for the complete HR technology and digital landscape for Capri Sun Group. You will play an active role in maintaining and improving the Workday environment as well as configuring new features and modules. The role will report to Sr. HR Technology and Digitalisation Manager, who is based in Baar, Switzerland.
Important note: This is a technical Workday system role. This role is NOT responsible for the employee lifecycle or data entry related to the same.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain Workday HCM, ensuring data accuracy, security, and system efficiency
- Configure Workday modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Performance, Absence, Compensation, Learning etc.) to align with business needs
- Provide technical support to HR and employees, resolving system issues and coordinating with external support when necessary
- Assist in Workday integrations with third-party systems (e.g. payroll, SAP). Collaborate with IT and external vendors to implement integrations
- Perform system enhancements, testing, and support implementation of new modules
- Develop and generate Workday reports and dashboards
- Train HR Staff and business users on system functionalities and updates
- Support HR digitalization initiatives concerning other systems with effective cross functional collaborations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or a related field, ideally with first-hand experience in a similar function
- At least 1 year Workday HCM configuration experience is a hard requirement
- Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with system configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English. Knowledge of German is preferred
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong hands-on and can-do attitude
