Ab dem 1. September 2026 bieten wir Dir in Kooperation mit der NORDAKADEMIE – Hochschule der Wirtschaft ein spannendes duales Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (B.Sc.) an.

Während der Theoriephasen an der Nordakademie erlangst Du fundiertes technisches und betriebswirtschaftliches Wissen. In Deinen Praxisphasen bei tesa kannst Du dieses Wissen direkt in abwechslungsreichen Projekten anwenden und wertvolle Einblicke in verschiedene Unternehmensbereiche gewinnen. Dabei arbeitest Du aktiv an aktuellen Themen und Zukunftsprojekten mit – und trägst dazu bei, innovative Lösungen und effiziente Prozesse zu gestalten.

Du bist motiviert, engagiert und möchtest im Studium wie auch in der Praxis richtig durchstarten? Dann passt Du perfekt zu uns, wenn Du folgende Eigenschaften und Fähigkeiten mitbringst:

Sehr gute Noten in Mathematik, Physik und Englisch sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
Ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte klar und verständlich zu erklären
Eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine hohe Problemlösungskompetenz
Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
Idealerweise erste praktische Einblicke, z. B. durch ein Schulprojekt, ein Praktikum oder ein Ehrenamt
